Blankets

Personalized blankets are the piece most people picture when they think of Hearth Customs: a soft throw on the sofa, a name along the border, a date or a line of text woven into the design. We offer three fabric styles so you can match the feel to the person. Fleece is the lightest and least expensive, good for a kids room or a car blanket. Sherpa has a fleece print side and a fluffy cream backing for cold evenings. Mink is the heaviest and smoothest, the one to choose for an anniversary or a grandparent.

Sizes run 30 x 40 in (a lap or crib size), 50 x 60 in (the standard sofa throw) and 60 x 80 in (covers a twin bed or two people on the couch). The size you pick changes how large the names print, so if your design carries a long family list, go up a size. Our size guide explains how to measure a sofa or a bed before you order: /size-guide/.

When you type names into the personalisation field, use the spelling exactly as you want it printed, including capitals and accents; we print what you type. Every blanket is made to order in 1–3 business days and ships free to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If the colour or size is not right when it arrives, you have 60 days to send it back and we pay the return postage.
